Newline Terms & Conditions

The contractual terms governing the use of the Newline platform — accounts, bonuses, payments, KYC, fair play, complaints and account closure.

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the User (referred to as "you") and Newline (referred to as the "Operator", "we" or "us"). They apply to every interaction with the Newline platform — the website, the Android and iOS mobile applications, the macOS desktop application and the live chat support — and they apply whether you visit as a guest, register an Account, deposit funds or place bets.

Creating an Account or using any feature of the platform indicates that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy in full. If you disagree with any part of them, you must stop using the platform immediately. The version in effect at any given time is the one published on the official site; periodic updates are made and become binding from the publication date.

Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

The platform is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older — or higher where local law sets a higher minimum gambling age. Legal entities, partnerships and other non-natural persons may not register Accounts.

You confirm that you do not reside in, and will not access the platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. The list of Restricted Jurisdictions is maintained by the Operator and may change. Common reasons for restriction include local laws prohibiting online gambling, sanctions regimes and operator-level policy decisions. The current list is available on request from support@Newline.bet.

Even where online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, you remain responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you, including any tax obligations on winnings.

Account Registration and Maintenance

Each User may hold one (and only one) Account at Newline. The platform's anti-fraud systems treat repeated registrations from the same person, household, IP address or device as duplicate accounts, and detected duplicates can lead to suspension and forfeiture of bonus winnings on all related Accounts (with original deposits refunded to source).

You are responsible for the information you provide at registration:

  • Real legal name — exactly as it appears on the government ID you will use during KYC.
  • Real, owned email address — this is the only password recovery channel.
  • Strong password — long, unique, and not reused on any other site.
  • Account currency — once selected at registration, this cannot be changed.
  • Country of residence — used to confirm jurisdiction eligibility and configure available payment methods.

The Account is personal: you must not share login details with any third party, and you must not allow any third party to play on your behalf. Newline support staff will never ask for your password — any message claiming to do so should be treated as phishing.

KYC and Identity Verification

To meet anti-money-laundering and anti-fraud obligations, Newline performs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on Users. KYC is triggered by any of the following:

  • Your first withdrawal request from the Account.
  • Cumulative deposits reaching approximately $10,000 across the Account's lifetime.
  • Detection of unusual or suspicious activity by compliance systems or staff.

You will typically be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), a selfie holding the ID, and — where applicable — proof of the payment method used for deposits.

The 30-day rule. Once KYC is requested, you have 30 calendar days to submit a complete document set. If the deadline is missed, the Operator may suspend the Account, refuse withdrawal of pending balances and ultimately refund the Account to its original deposit method. Routine first-withdrawal KYC is normally completed within 24 to 72 hours of receiving complete documents.

Deposits and Account Funding

Deposits credit immediately for most payment methods after the platform receives confirmation from the payment processor or blockchain network. The Operator does not charge fees on its side, but your bank, e-wallet, card issuer or blockchain network may apply its own fees.

Permitted payment-method categories include cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and a wide list of cryptocurrencies. The exact list depends on your country of residence, account currency and KYC status. Always check the cashier inside your Account for the current options.

Important rules:

  • The payment method used for deposit must belong to you and bear your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be refunded.
  • The minimum deposit is the equivalent of approximately 11.5 USD per transaction, with INR-currency Accounts seeing roughly 1,000 INR as the equivalent threshold.
  • Crypto deposits unlock the upgraded version of the welcome bonus (360% headline match instead of 300%).
  • Excessive cancellation, chargebacks or reversal of deposits can lead to Account closure.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposits, in line with anti-money-laundering rules. Where this is not possible, the Operator and the User will agree on an alternative method that satisfies both anti-fraud requirements and the User's ability to access the funds.

The first withdrawal requires successful KYC verification. After KYC is cleared, repeat withdrawals to the same method generally process faster.

Indicative processing times (excluding KYC time):

  • Cryptocurrency: minutes to a few hours after the request is approved.
  • E-wallets: usually within several hours, sometimes faster.
  • Cards and bank transfers: typically 1 to several business days, depending on the issuer or bank.

The Operator reserves the right to delay payment in connection with KYC, suspected fraud, or active investigations under these Terms. The Operator does not charge withdrawal fees on its side; third-party fees may apply.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific conditions published on the bonus card inside your Account, on the Bonuses page of the website, and in the Terms attached to each campaign. Common conditions include minimum deposit thresholds, wagering ratios, time limits, eligible games, maximum bet sizes during wagering, and maximum bonus winnings.

You are responsible for reading and understanding the conditions before activating any bonus. Activating a bonus indicates acceptance of those conditions.

General bonus rules:

  • Only one casino bonus may be active at a time. Activating a second bonus while the first is in wagering will cancel the first.
  • Withdrawing real-money funds while a bonus is active will cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
  • Exceeding the bonus's maximum-bet limit during wagering (typically 5 USD or local-currency equivalent for the welcome bonus) voids the bonus.
  • Wagering must be performed inside the dedicated "Bonus Wagering" casino category. Bets placed elsewhere do not count toward progress.
  • Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion or any conduct designed to extract value beyond the intended use of a promotion can void the bonus and result in Account suspension.

Bets, Game Rules and Settlement

Each game on the platform is governed by its own published rules — RTP, paytable, minimum and maximum bet sizes, and provider-specific mechanics. Sports markets are governed by the rules attached to each market and to each sport.

By placing a bet you accept the rules of the relevant game or market. Bets are settled according to those rules and according to the result reported by the official source the platform relies on (game provider, sports data feed, network operator). Settlement is final once posted, except where it must be corrected for evident error, technical malfunction or post-event correction by the official source.

Where a technical malfunction affects the result of a game or bet, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the stake to the User's balance. The same applies where outcomes have been manipulated by collusion, bot activity or interference with the game.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You commit to using the platform fairly and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in Account closure, voiding of bets and winnings, refund of original deposits only, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

  • Holding more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
  • Providing false, misleading or third-party identification information.
  • Using a VPN, proxy, TOR or any other technology to obscure your true location or jurisdiction.
  • Bonus abuse, including patterns of behaviour designed solely to extract bonus value, multi-accounting for promotions, or collusion with other Users.
  • Use of bots, scripts, automated tools, exploitation of bugs or technical interference with the platform.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other illegal activity.
  • Betting on events you have inside information about or events in which you participate as a player, official or organiser.
  • Threatening, harassing or abusive conduct toward Operator staff or other Users.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You can close your Account at any time. Three options are available, each with different consequences:

Self-exclusion The Account is locked; login and re-registration with the same details are blocked for the chosen period. Cannot be reversed before the minimum 6-month period expires.
Account closure Permanent closure. Remaining real-money balance is refunded to the original deposit method. Permanent. Re-registration may be allowed at the Operator's discretion after a defined period.

Active bonuses, promotional credit and pending bets may be voided on closure or self-exclusion, in line with the conditions of the relevant promotion. Refunds are limited to confirmed real-money funds.

The Operator may also close an Account on its own initiative — for example, where there is a violation of these Terms, where compliance flags significant concerns, or where the Account has been inactive for a prolonged period.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you believe something has gone wrong with your Account, your bonus, your bet settlement or any other interaction with the platform, contact Newline support first at support@Newline.bet or through the 24/7 live chat.

Service-level commitments for complaints:

  • Acknowledgement within 1 working day of receipt.
  • Substantive response within 30 calendar days of acknowledgement.

If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to a competent dispute-resolution body in your jurisdiction or to any independent ADR mechanism the Operator has signed up to. Resolution under this process does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform is capped at the total amount you have deposited with Newline in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. The Operator does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or reputational harm.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free of errors or available at any specific time.

Changes to These Terms

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, in its policies or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was published.

Material changes are communicated through the website, by email to your registered address, or through in-product notifications. Continued use of the platform after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, your remedy is to stop using the platform and request Account closure.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, text, images, branding elements and other content on the platform are the property of the Operator or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, modify, distribute, publish or otherwise exploit that content beyond the limited personal use needed to interact with the platform as a User.

Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to Newline for distribution. Use of game content beyond playing it on the platform requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Communications and Notices

The Operator communicates with Users primarily by email at the address registered to the Account, by in-product notification, by push notification (where the User has enabled them) and through the live chat. You agree to receive transactional and operational messages — verification emails, password resets, withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, bonus expiry reminders and similar — for as long as the Account is open.

Marketing communications (offers, promotions, tournaments, new-feature announcements) are sent only to Users who have given their consent. You can withdraw consent at any time from your communication preferences inside the Account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the procedures described in these Terms or through any applicable ADR mechanism are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you a non-excludable right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
